LOGBOX’s appeal to customers and partners

In light of the current unfavorable epidemiological situation, LOGBOX acknowledges
the fulfillment of all earlier commitments to its customers and partners under
concluded contracts with regard to the completion of cargo transportation and
compliance with the delivery times. At the same time, in order to minimize in-
person contact, the Company suggests using an electronic form of document
management via email starting from March 18, 2020. It also suggests making a paper
document interchange when the epidemiological situation is back to normal.

If it’s necessary to prepare documents on paper, the Сustomer is required to reach its
Personal Manager using contact details specified in the contract or to reach us at the
general telephone contact number +7 495 120 05 83.
